HI,

first click on retry. if error still exists

than first try to execute following

    http://host:port/sld

login with J2EE_ADMIN user and password check whether SLD is runninng or not

if it's running and user J2EE_ADMIN is not locked

    then check sapinst_dev.log

    you found something like

"CJS-30059 J2EE Engine configuration error. DIAGNOSIS: Error when configuring J2EE Engine. See output of logfile java.log: 'com.sap.sld.api.wbem.exception.CIMException: CIM_ERR_ALREADY_EXISTS: Namespace sld/import/temp0 already exists'."

The reason for this error is that the SLD import was performed successfully but SAPinst does not recognize that the SLD is already running.

To solve the problem, choose 'Retry'.

If SAPinst stops again with the same error, skip this step by using one of the following options:

    • Start SAPinst with:

    sapinst SAPINST_SKIP_ERRORSTEP=true

    • Search in keydb.xml for the string "SAPINST_INST_STATUS" and then for "ERROR", and set it to "OK".

To check that SLD is already running and the import of the CR content was performed successfully, proceed as follows:

    1. Open a browser window.

    2. Go to http://<host>:<port>/sld/.

    3. Choose 'Administration' and then 'Details'.

    4. Choose 'Data'.

    5. Check 'SAP CR Content Version (sld/active)'.

    regards,

    kaushal

      Hi,

This indicates that your JAVA server is down. Restart your server node ( Stop SAP Server and restart it

after restart check all sap processes are running using wrkactjob sbs(r3_<instance number>)

provide log of std_server0.out or from Use the Log Viewer to check the stack trace in the file \usr\sap\<SID>\JC<instnr>\j2ee\cluster\server0\defaultTrace.trc.0.log

      Hi,

      'EXCEPTION: Premature EOF'

This exception occur when buffer reader contain last record. Instead of after reading last line, it should attempt to read next line which will be EOF, but while reading last one this exception occur.

try to launch following and check whethere it is working or not

      1. Open an Internet session.

      2. Go to http://<host name>:<port>/sld/.

      3. Choose Administration → Details → Data.

If SLD does seem to be up, you can skip this step (once you know that SLD actually did install and is running) by doing one of the following actions:

      1. Open a DOS window and start SAPinst with SAPINST_SKIP_ERRORSTEP=true

      2. Edit keydb.xml, searching for "SAPINST_INST_STATUS". The next ERROR code should be for your error. Change ERROR to OK.

Hopefully this will resolve your problem.

if after doing this if problem is still exists then

i suggest you to open oss message

      regards,

      kaushal
