Hello,
Does anyone know if its possible to extend the 4.6C Help functionality
so we can activate the Create Customer message functionality ?

if you customize table BCOS_CUST in your 4.6C and include the RFC destination created in your 4.6C system to connect to your Solution Manager, you will be able to send messages to the Service Desk. Is that what you need or did I misunderstand your question? Have you customized Service Desk already?
Table BCOS_CUST must have the entry:
OSS_MSG W <RFC Destination> CUST620 1.0
