Routing in excel / print format

I can see routing by CA03 Tcode. But if I want to take print out of this how to take bacz it is in supress mode. I can not transfer it in excel format also.

How to do this ?

Dear Kishore,

Use T code CA51,Enter the Task List Type (In your case N -

Routing) ,Plant and the materials for which you want to

download it into Excle File. Execut the report and in the Top

Menu -> List -

---

>Save/Send-->File -

---

>Click on

Unconverted or Spreadsheet as you need.

Hi,

It is not possible to download routing details to excel from CA03. There is no configuration settings available to activate the suppressed Print Icon.

From CA03, what you can do is:

Press Ctrl + Y (your cursor will become a cross) and select all fields by dragging.

Then press Ctrl + C (Copy to clipboard)

go to Excel and press Ctrl + V here.
