In Runtime WorkBench Alert Configuration Link not working. Pls advice

Hello All,

In Runtime WorkBench when I click on Alert Configuration Link it is opening pop up and asking for user name and password.

It is not accepting.

Same case for Alert Inbox Link also.

Pls advice
