Problem in Assets Transfer- ABT1N

Hi..

While using Transaction Code ABT1N for intercompany asset transer i m getting the following Error

"Transaction Type TTT not possible (no affiliated company specified )"

Note: TTT is company code from which i wants to transfer the assets to some other company code.

And one more thing i m transffering the assets not to the Existing assets. Creating as new assets.

Plz... solve this problem its urgent......
