Unable to add queries

Hi Gurus,

We are trying to create a query using the standard Query Wizard in B1. When we try to save the query, the system triggers the error message below and fails to save the query.

Error: To generate this document, first define the numbering series in the administration module [Message 131-3]

We have defined numbering series for all documents in the administration module. This error is triggerred only for new databases created by us. The standard demo database OEC Computers did not trigger any error while creating and saving the same query. Your inputs are highly appreciated.

We are running version B1 2007 B SP:00 PL:00.
