Hello experts, after creating several reports and testing them, I concluded that there is a requirement missing which I have been unable to meet. When the user right clicks on a table or chart, a menu appears in which he can do several things like exchange axis, filter values, go back one step or all steps, etc. However, there are some menu options (like exporting the report to CSV or to Portal) which the users will never be using, and I wish to disable those menu options. If possible, I would like not to show them at all; if not, well as long as they cannot select those options everything will be ok. Is there any way to do this?
Thanks for your answers. They have been very helpful. However, there is one option that I could not find where it is disabled, and that is "export to portal". I could not find it neither on the Web Template properties nor on the context menu item. Where can I disable this option? If it is in one of this places, can you please tell me how is it called (both its descriptive name and the functional name), as I may have missed it because of not identifying its name?

Hello Mayank, this option I write about is found in the context menu, by right clicking an element in the web application. I am not sure what it really does, because it opens the Bex Broadcaster in a popup window. Since we have yet to activate the Broadcaster, I cannot tell you what it is supposed to do, but it sounds like it will either send the web application to an iView on the portal or send it to a document in the KM.
Open your WAD. Goto the Properties. Scroll Down . There you can see all the options that appears when you right click at the bottom.
One Option will be Export to CSV.To the right of this option there will be a drop down which will be set to Context Menu. Just Select No Display from the drop down.
The Properties that I had mentioned above is General WAD Properties and not Table or Chart properties.

What you need to do is to include the web item 'context menu' in your web template. Using this item, you can control what options appear in the menu which appears on right clicking.
Hope this helps.
