0COUNTRY_TEXT data source

Hi expert,

I am not able to find 0COUNTRY_TEXT data source in R/3 datasource. When I searched for 0COUNTRY_TEXT in R/3 using RSA5, I did not get anything back. I don't know how this data source got lost and want to know if there is a way to get it back?
