how to check how much cost is incurred on a particular cost center in SAP

Hi

1)How can I check in SAP ,How much cost is incurred monthly ,quarterly,annually on our cost center ?please provide me the path

2) Normally we have contractors and permanant employees in a company ,generally for permanant employees we use IT 0008 for checking the Basic pay.How to see the hourly rates .i checked IT554 Hrly rate per assignment ,but nothing existed here in this Info type .please provide me the path.
