Delta changes to syndication map

Hi,

When a new field is added to the repository and if its not there in the destination Idoc, I have to add the segement in the scehma and remap the entire syndication map again.

This is a very time consuming activity, as even if 1 fields is added to the scehma all the fields are required to be remapped.

Is there a way by which I can make delta changes to the existing map? Or directly add a segment/field in destination map from syndicator itself? I was not able to find "Add field" option in Destination Items.

Is there a workaround for this?
