company code

hi friends!!!!!!!

if i define company code "abcd" copy from standard company code "IN01" (i copy whole data include G/L A/C and everything)

and if i want to assign chart of account "INT" and F. Y . Variant "K4" to company code "abcd" is possible and is it right configuration

please tell me
