Authorization to Blanket Agreement Status

Dear experts,

I am having one issue with user that has no authorization to Blanket Agreement Status.

I am using SAP Version 9.0.

The issue is, when this user want to add the blanket agreement, for sure he can add the document, but the status column will be grey, since he is not authorized to the blanket agreement status.

The first creation is working fine. After add the first blanket agreement, SAP will direct user to creation page again. This time, the issue begin where status column no longer appeared in grey, allowing this user to add blanket agreement and can select the status. This is really confusing because based on my understanding, the system should not allow this user to amend the status because of his authorization.

Thus, I tested a similar situation at SAP version 9.2, and this time, there is no issue with it.

Anyone here can explain to me, Is this SAP error in SAP version 9.0 and already fixed in version 9.2? I really appreciate for any help.
