Customer Hiearchy

Let's assume we have thousands of customers, 50 distribution centers and a dozen of sales team in each one of these DC. These sales team are not independent and have their own hierarchy in the organization. Customers should be assigned to multiple teams at once. But since these sales team are responsible for their respective goods to sell, customers could receive different discounts, payment method, pricing, etc based on the team that is issuing the bill.

We also need different sales reports for these sales teams.

Does customer hierarchy let us do that? Is it possible to define different sales teams in it?

    Before trying to answer your query, I would like to make clear on the following point:

    I am really surprised to note this type of scenario. If I am a customer and my supplier have a different team as you described and different team offers different discount, obviously, I prefer to encourage the team who gives more discount and least price. Having said that, let me know in which business process, you want to achieve this
