Need help in CRM

Hi guys,

I am an ABAPer now m looking forward to work on functional side..

i am a beginer in ABAp...not very much interested in coding stuff..

can anybody help in suggesting whether CRM is the right chioce for me or not and wat best inCRm will suit my requirements..
