COND. NOT APPEARING IN P.O - JVRD.

Dear All .

pl help i m maintaining a cond JVRD with the combi of plant / vendor / material / tax code but after maintaining this cond is not appearing in taxes tab in P.O while going in analysis , i had double clicked the JVRD the dispaly is " access has not been executed due to prevois acess & cond record exist but has not been set.

pl help what to do

Check access sequence of condition type.

Hi there

JVRD is the condition type for VAT material deductable..

Check the access sequence for the same in Condition deatails

M/06 ..

Then go to FTXP mention your country name code Tax code which you are using -> you will be then into Tax code display screen..

Thne go to the enviornment -> Calculation procedure or press F6 the you will find a small screen displaying

1. Condtion Types

2. Access Sequences

3. Procedures.

Just doubble click on the access sequences.

thanks for reply pl read it - that when i had changed the material group in P.O then i had maintained JVRD in fv11 after that when dispalyed P.o the con JVRD now is displayed can u tell me what had happened with material group.?
