Configure ports for ODBC connection from VDI

What ports need to be opened for Crystal Reports 2016?

We opened TCP4520 from our VDI server to the Database server, but still receive an error when we try to configure the ODBC data source. Are there any other ports that need to be opened (e.g. port 1433)
