HANA Calculation View Hierarchy Node Access

Hi Fellow HANA Cohorts,

I have created a Calculation VIew with Star Join and I am looking to create a Restricted Column using the Hierarchy Node Field (HIERARCHYNode) that is created when you "Enable Hierarchies for SQL Access".

It looks like this is not possible since this field is only available for SQL and other tools. Is there any way to utilize this field to create Restricted Columns in my Calculation Views?

did you find an answer to this through other channels or a workaround?

I'm trying to understand if it's possible to associate the generated Hierarchy Node Field with an input parameter/variable in a graphical Calculation View and it seems that also for my use-case to work this field needs to be accessible. So far I haven't seen any obvious way to achieve this.
