SBO crashed - how to prevent in future?

My customer had a crash during the weekend due to SBO (according to their IT department).

When opening SBO the system froze and nothing happened since.

This is now fixed (don't know how), but the question is, how could this happen to prevent this in future?

I have tried to install EWA to get some more details, but it doesn't seem to work yet (already logged a message).

Also received the following from their IT:

Event ID: 18002 Exception happened when running extended stored procedure 'sp_OACreate' in the library 'odsole70.dll'. SQL Server is terminating process 70.

Exception type: Win32 exception; Exception code: 0xe06d7363.

Event ID: 1002 Hanging application SAP Business One.exe, version 6.80.319.0, hang module hungapp, version 0.0.0.0, hang address 0x00000000.

Thanks,

Chief
