safety stock

Hi all,

I am maintaining saftey stock for one finished good as 50 in mmr. My client requirement is system has to allow to delivery in spcific requirements not in all times, it mean suppose if he want to do urgent delivery & pgi , if there is no stock (saftey stock 50 materials are there) system has to pick.

can anybody give idea on this issue
