Add data source / service in IoT Application

Hi team,

I'm trying to create a new freestyle IoT application inside WebIDE full stack, and after entering the names, I get to the "Data Source" tab, where everything is blank.

I created a new destination (see image below) but I guess I'm missing a step.

I would be helpful to get an idea of how to proceed.
