What I gain if I integrate SAP ME and MII with SAP ERP 6.0 EHP 6 instead of SAP ERP 6.0 EHP 5?

Hello,

I must do some research for my company. I'm not a SAP specialist, I was searched every link and question from this site and I didn't find what I need, also some links from here are not valid anymore.

My questions are: what is the differences between EHP 5 and EHP 6? What I gain if I use EHP 6? My company use SAP ERP 6.0 EHP 5, for SAP ME and MII is absolutely need of EHP 6?
