Hi All,
I am stuck up in the translations for sap scripts..
For scripts, i have used se63 as the T-code. There when we go in se63, we give the script name, then src lang and target lang.. then we have 2 options under the Subobjcts option.. one is the Descriptions and the other is Window texts and documentation.. Under the descriptions tab, we have the english text and then we can enter the target language text there. But in case of Window texts and descriptions, what is the method that we use to translate?
if we have standard texts in so10, for enlgish lang, if we the standard text contains words like "invoice, document , number" etc., the same shud be displayed in other lang , say Potuguese.. how can we do that?
Pl help me out as this is v urgent..
Regards,
Priya
hi
in SAPSCRIPT create text module where u will put ur text.
then goto transaction se63 .
enter your text module name .
enter the text in language u want in target languge
and in source ur present text.
then on the basic of ur login language the sapscript will print the text in that language .
note: the language to which you want to convert should be present in system.

HI,
GO to SO10 and enter the test name which you are using for English and ID then language for translation say DE(for Gernan) then say create. Now enter translation text for German ans save it. similarly you can do it for other languages.

How do you include that standard text, using include command right? then In that command you have Language
/: INCLUDE text ID language paragraph .
for your text you might have EN after language
/: INCLUDE text ID language EN paragraph .
In the above statement put sy-langu after language statement instead of EN
/: INCLUDE text ID language sy-langu paragraph .
Reward points if useful.

I have just given for reference . It is not exact syntax.
following is the syntax
INCLUDE &T166K-TXNAM& OBJECT &T166K-TDOBJECT& ID &T166K-TDID& LANGUAGE &EKKO-SPRAS&
Just replace your fileds.
INCLUDE &yourtext& OBJECT &your object& ID &your language& LANGUAGE &sy-langu&
Dont forget to reward points.
