Information On Add-On's and Screen Painter

Hi All,

I am able to understand that how many Add-on's there in SAP B1, and i did not find the Screen Painter in the Tools of B1 Menu after searching the forums i know that it is alos add-on but, in the add-on cd i could not found that can anyone help
