Could you please explain the details which are diff. from regular FI.

The full form of the Module..Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable... and it is useful for public sector..

FICA is nothing but Finance Contract Accounting this is mostly is used for Utilities Projects in SAP There wont be much difference in FI & FICA.
