Service Center scenario

All,

One of the plant (in SAP for eg 2500 ) is a service center.

They are getting materials(finished products) back from customers for some repairs.

Now plant 2500 send this material to some vendors for repair and gets back the repaired material.

Now they will sale it.

In SAP how I can map this scenario,

1. Will it be a sub contracting or

2. Will it be external services management.

3. Some materials they will do the repair from their palnt itself. For this which SAP scenario we can use.

If any of these , please explain in detail how I can do this in SAP.
