Fetching Data from Web (xml File)

In one of my interface, I need to pick up the xml data from ECB's website - below link:

[http://www.ecb.europa.eu/stats/eurofxref/eurofxref-daily.xml|http://www.ecb.europa.eu/stats/eurofxref/eurofxref-daily.xml]

Any idea whether it is possible to fetch this file into XI without any other arrangement from source? If yes, than what's the best way?
