Communication Channel error

In RWB communication channel monitoring one channel is showing an error 500 Internal Sever error-Application error occurred during request processing.

Error [javax.servlet.ServletException: null], with root cause [java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException: null].

Exception id: [00145ED1F5FE00780000040D00103036000445947C0EC377]

what might be the problem and how can we rectify it?

Hi,

thanks for your reply.This error is for File adapter

while try to access the above two links it throewn an error like

403 Access denied

Hi,

Check the Port you are using and chech the User ID is Valid one in File Adapter

To Access the Link you need OSS used ID & Password.
