Communication Channel error

In RWB communication channel monitoring one channel is showing an error 500 Internal Sever error-Application error occurred during request processing.

Error [javax.servlet.ServletException: null], with root cause [java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException: null].

what might be the problem and how can we rectify it?
