ITS 6.20 Error in ADM

Hi Everyone,

I've currently installed ITS 6.20 on a Win2003 box. We're using IIS 6.0

I've installed the ADM instance, and another instance, ITD, to run R/3 transactions in the Portal. It is a single host install.

Everything was working as intended until I brought up the portal (EP 7, SPS 14). When the portal is brought up, I am unable to access http://server:port/scripts/wgate/admin/! (ADM) We receive a HTTP 500 error, Communication problem: the web server extension (WGate) failed to receive a response from the ITS web service. Whats odd is the ITD instance still responds. (its_ping/!)

When I bring down the portal, everything works correctly in ITS. I am able to access the ADM using http://server:port/scripts/wgate/admin/!

The log files in the WGATE do not show any errors, nor do the log files in the ADM instance (trace or log).

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
