Run an Adhoc query using an Infoset that includes IT25. (Appraisals)
There is a Qualifications tab in this infotype. Hopefully you'll be able to get the "experience" of the employee based on this info.
If you have a customized infotype that stores employees past job experiences, you can include this in the infoset as well.
