Hi,

I have installed Crystal Server on windows server. I am not able to logging into CMC.

Repository is on remote oracle DB. I am able to connect oracle database with windows server. Still I am getting error as

Account information not recognized: Could not reach CMS 'xxx:6400'. Specify the correct host and port and check for network issues. (FWM 20030).

I have checked the logs its showing as
