Warranty related issue

Dear Guys,

If a Equipment is maintained with VENDOR warranty(lets say 1000 hrs) and if a person tries to save notification/order for the same equipment,then system is giving the Pop up message.In the message its showing only start date.I want to see the current counter reading and remaining hours etc.Is it possible the details in the pop up message?

Hi ISWARI,

To see warranty information in the order you can select menu option: Extras - Reference object - Warranty information.

This will produce a popup with the full warranty details.

You also still have the same option to expand the automatic warranty popup with the user exit.

Hi,

You should be able to add extra information to the warranty popup via enhancement BG000002.

Alternatively you can add a subscreen to your notification with warranty data to display the warranty information. This is screen area 080 called 'Guarantee'. Once this is available on the notification it may be necessary to select 'details' to see the counter information.
