Change document and SO status

Whenever the object status in a Sales Order is changed, the entry is stored in table JDCS.

If any other field of the SO is changed it is documented in CDHDR.

How can we relate these 2 tables?

I want the changes done to the SO when status is set to 'Validated'.

NOTE: The date and time field values in both tables do not match
