sales org and dist chanel error

while processing the warranty claim with tcode WTY, the error message appears as "sales area H100, Dist. channel 01 not maintained for material". pl note that the material we entered in the claim is maintained as H100 Sales org and H1 as dist channel. i do not know from where this data is picking by the system. we created warranty claim type as ZINT, and sales area, dis channel defined there as H100, H1. Can any body guide me.

Kindly check in Assignment in spro have you defined sales division 50, and if so hae you asigned to dist channel H1,

if not please assign. Check in the mat master in sales org 1,

the sales div 50. Then go to OVAZ check the document.

You have to assign sales document type SC to your sales area in the customisation through T code OVAZ. Please try and come back.

It did not work. error message as first define sales area h100/h1/50. no sales document column exits in tcode ovaz.

Maintain material once again in MM01 with selection of that perticular sales view and save it .

ama, when i enter dis channel as 01, it gives message invalid sales area (thru mm01). i do not understand from where the system is picking 01 dis channel. please guide.
