Workflow not triggered for Error Idocs

Hi,

This is related to Workflow and Idocs.

There is a new request to trigger a workitem once a standard Idoc fails for

message type SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2 (status 51). This standard Idoc is processed by a standard Function Module (tx WE42).

It is configured (tx. WE42 - Inbound Process Code) DOCAPPL as object Type as well as INPUTERROROCCURED as start event for process code BAPI. Then, I linked (under tx. SWE2) IDOCAPPL-INPUTERROROCCURED to standard task TS20000051.

I created some Idocs with status 51 using test tool we19, but the event wasn't triggered (it doesn't appear in the SWEL event trace).

Do you know what could be happening?

Did you link the event with your task in SWE2 yet?
