system_core_dumps with vl03n and vl02n

HI There

We have a problem with the transactions vl03n and vl02n. We continue to get a stack dump (System_core_dump) when we run these transactions for any (valid) delivery document. - The kernel is at 196 (640 Kernel 64 bit 2003_x64, oracle 10.2.2) running Enterprise 47 extension set 2.

vl03 and vl02 work fine for the same delivery document.

Tables (LIKP, LIPS etc) are fine - no other data issues. We have another test system running the same kernel version where vl03n and vl02n work fine

Any ideas ?
