At my current client exists a rule/process whereby both compulsory and accumulative leave balance in excess of 30 days at the end of the leave cycle are automatically forfeited by the system and stored in a system generated forfeited leave quota type
However, the system currently forfeits the excess balance at the beginning of the month that leave cycle will end. For example, say a quota type 01 has a validity period of 01.04.2016 - 31.03.2017, currently the forfeitures takes place on 01.03.2017 thus resulting in employee forfeiting their leave unnecessary.
The client would like the forfeiture to take place at the beginning of a new cycle i.e. 01.04.2017. All efforts to resolve this issue by me so far have been abortive.
