Process Controlled Workflow Wait Step

hi, how to achieve wait step in process control workflow ? the schema EVAL ID will not continue to wait for the condition , so we put coding in automatic approval workflow step, copy of TS40007988. but the task is not getting completed even if the condition is met.

it is easy in application workflow but has anyone incorporated wait functionality in process controlled workflow?
