Assignment of Cost Centres

Hi

I have a query, I have some employees for which i have allocate their cost to three different cost centres,

Eg employee A, 50% of his cost to charge to cost centre 1, 20% to charge to cost centre 2 and 30% to charge to cost centre 3.

Kindly suggest how we can go ahead, will IT 0027 will work or there is any other way out.

Pls guide me.

Chifai,

There is also Master Cost Center assigned to the Positions of employees in OM.

From my limited knowledge of FI, this where the Cost Center accounting is derived. I could be wrong about this.

I'm not familiar with IT27 so I can't comment on this.

You can achieve this thru IT0027 as you have said.

0027 will solve your problems. go ahead. it will capture all the distributed costs in different cost centers or WBS elements
