Unable to create new user.

Hi Experts,

I am quiet new to EP.

We are using EP 7.0. When I try to create new user it is giving an error.The error is "An error occurred in the persistence; contact your system administrator ".

Any one please throw some light on this.

Hi Vijay,

This is a common issue with ABAP + JAVA stack installation.

All you need to do is login into ABAP system and assign role SAP_BC_JSF_COMMUNICATION to the user SAPJSF. This the user for java communication.

You may also be required to generate the role profile in transaction PFCG.
