Cost Estimate REM Production vs Discrete Production

Hi, in my company we changed from Discrete to REM production, but we have a problem with Cost Estimate (CK11N),

We make an cost estimate in CK11N now in REM and only appear the components from Phantom assem. The machines and labour time dont appear on CK11N.

Our solutions is repeat all machines and process in last Routing. Is this normal or there are something wrong?

So, this is the CK11N, in yellow the work centers:

So,the materials appear in CK11N but the Work Centers no.

check your rate routing i think your planned quantity is very small thats why its showing zero value.increase planned quantity in rate routing and check again. If problem remain the same then share rate routing screen shot. please also check its planned cost in kp26 as well. may be its two small thats why its showing zero value in ck11n

how many activities you are using?what i understand from your question is only machine and labour activities are not appearing in Ck11n.

i appreciate if you share complete screenshot of ck11n. just check attached screenshot as an example.

Check your quantity structure settings in costing variant, specially routing section.
