BPS Planning Folder

hi

when i go to create planning folder. In the left hand side i can see all the planning areas and when i click planning area i am not able to find the subordinate objects i.e. (Planning Levels, Packages, Layouts etc. ) I could not create a planning folder.

It is showing only planning areas.

what might be problem.

It is not problem with one planning area. It is not showing subordinate objects for all the planning areas in the left hand side panel.
