how to look up reservation numbers by PO numbers?

Are there any transactions or reports that show detail breakdown of purchasing documents with PR's and reservations at the same time?

    I just explained you for what purpose those fields are used: subcontract

    A link from a work order to a purchase order exists, if it exists, as account assignment data in the purchase order. If that is the case then you order directly to the work order instead to neutral warehouse stock.

    If you order to neutral warehouse stock then you will not have any link between a purchase order and a work order. And no link at all between a purchase order and a reservation. Which actually leads to the next question, was the PR created manually or do you use MRP?

    With MRP you would actually be close by looking at the pegged requirements.

    Hello,

    you can check MB24 or MB25, alternatively build your report on table RESB.

    Kind regards,

    Thank you Former Member

    Unfortunately, MB25 is not showing Purchasing documents and purchase requisitions linked to the reservations and I am not authorized to use MB24.

    If you look at the example I uploaded below, Material has been reserved in the work orders and Purchase documents have been already created but I can't see their links.

    What is actually the background and business scenario to this question, what shall be achieved?

    What has a requisition or purchase order basically to do with reservations? The only case that comes into my mind is when you create a subcontract PR and PO, the components will be copied from the bill of material into the purchasing document and technically is this stored in in the reservation and the belonging purchasing document numbers are then stored in the fields that you marked.

    If you don't talk about subcontracting then you should spend a few minutes and answer my initial question

    @jrgen.lins

    When you are in need to delete or cancel PO, you also need to delete the issued materials in the work orders. What I am trying to see is to check the reservation list with PO and PR as you can see the first screenshot above that there are 2 columns dedicated to PR and PO but it is empty, It should have shown the numbers.
