QI Inspection stock without QM activation

Is it possible to create a QI inspection without QM module ?. We have a lot of QI stock , but some will be under QI inspection stock like sample , we want to transfer the QI inspection from one location to another location , we want to diff as QI / Sample inspection stock ? How to do it in ECC 6.0 ?

Try with this Option

Created a copy of movement type 301 to some Z01.

From the table T156, changed the posting string for Movement type, Z01 to some Z01 (from SE11). This would require a developer key.

Change the Quantity String in the table T156S from MA04 to MQ07 (from SE16).

Now, receive some stock in plant1 into QI stock (not inspection lot activated one) just X - QI stock check indicator manually selected in GR.

This can be transferred toanother plant2 straight away using the above created movement type Z01.

We want this Process.

Receive through GR - QI Stock .. ( 101 M TYPE)

We want to withdraw it for sample from QI stock..

We want to move the QI Sample from one plant to another ..

then Moved to Unrestricted stock ..

how to do it in SAP w/o QM ?

If you find some day a solution, then post it in bold letters. I am looking for a solution for 10 years already.

The only way you have if you dont use Quality module: you have to have your stock in unrestricted use to be able to move it between plants.

PLEASE ANSWER THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS TO GIVE A SOLUTION OR GIVE THE EXACT BUISINESS PROCESS

scenario I:

1. on goods recipt do u want to post to QI stock.

2. when will you move QI stock from one location to another location and how much qty (entire qnty or partial).

SCENARIO II:

3. do u want to post only amount of sample with drawn to QI stock from unrestricted and later on u will move to another location.

Use MB1B With mvmt type 321 by this u can transfer stock from Quality insp. to Unres. easily .

In MB1B use mvt. 322 Tfr. posting qual. inspection to unrestricted or

349 Transfer posting blocked stock to quality inspection stock
