Hi,
I need some help, I have scenario where if there is Un-paid Leave during the public holiday period then the Public holidays should not be paid. Following is the output from log in PAB function,
AB table:
AB=01
AbsType=0335
From=01.03.2008
To=31.03.2008
AbsHrs=168.00
AbsDays=21
CalDays=31
VRule=07
But when it comes to PARX table the value of AbsHrs, AbsDays and CalDays are getting changed as follows, due to 3 public holidays in this period
PARX
CalDays=28.00
AbsDays=18.00
AbsHrs=144.00
And in the factoring using w/type /805 it is paying public holidays. I'm not sure how things are calculated in PARX table.
Could you please assist how to overcome this problem.
