Unable to register user and device to SMP through the app

We recently upgraded our SMP Server and SDKs from SMP3 SP10 to the latest versions available in the market place i.e to SMP3 SP15. We had an iOS app which we were using it before the upgrade where new users and devices could register them through the app to SMP. But now after the upgrade, we are unable to register any user/ device to SMP, neither the existing users are able to connect to SMP and backends. We are not even able to see the device logs trying to access the server through the app. Does the SDK libraries upgrade require some code change?

We upgraded the platform and SDK for iOS 11 supportability.

Did you test registration part via REST client as well? Can you share screenshot ?

I would suggest you to raise an OSS ticket to support team.
