Combined Order and Individual Order settlement

Dears

We have combined orders created for two individual production orders.

We do goods issue and confirmation on the combined orders and GR on the individual orders (original orders).

At the period end, we settle all the orders using the CO88 transaction where we see a check bom " combined orders only". We do not select this check box because we need to settle all orders (combined and individual orders).

My doubt is :

If we do not select "combined orders only", will the system settle the combined orders and the individual orders separately in sequence by default ? i.e. it first settle the combined order and then settles the two individual orders in our case.

please note that you can use both individual settlement and collective settlement. in case of collective settlment for combined orders you have to run the process twice.

in first run select combined order only check box. system will post cost of all the combined orders into their origional orders.

in second run, donot select combined order only check box. this time system will settle all of the others orders.

Thanks for the inputs.

So, I need to run the settlement two times : first for combined orders and then for all orders ?

If I do not select 'combined orders only' check, will it consider combined as well as individual orders in sequence and settle ?

Thanks.

it is recommended by SAP to run the process in a way means if you by pass the process you will not get the desired results.
