BI Administrator's cockpit RWS error

Hello Eveyone,

I have a scenario in which BI Administrator's cockpit(BO 4.2 SP3) is loading and shows "RWS error".The back end RWS requests are corresponding to the the below

http://hostname:6405/biprws/bionbi/server url. I tried accessing the same URL using Rest client and its also throwing error("Unable to generate Data: Service URL must start with service:jmx: (RWS 00030)").

And at the sametime , I have tried someother URL's like http://hostname:6405/biprws/infostore,http://hostname:6405/biprws/v1/users etc from Rest client and all working fine.(which means basic config is proper)

With this finding, I came to a conclusion that the requests corresponding to http://hostname:6405/biprws/bionbi are failing.(Which is what BI Admin cockpit uses).

Please let me know is there any configuration missing with BIONBI settings or someother.

And at the sametime, in all other environments, BI Admin cockpit is working fine.

Have you tried to search SAP knowledge base for those errors ?

My first search on error you provided gave me KBA 2271687
