Hi there,

just wondering when it is necessary to run this report?

Thanks for that but that is about the orgfield_create.

Does anybody have experience using agr_reset_org_levels and when it is used.

Hi Richard,

Note 314513 has some good information on the use of the report and why it is used.

If you have maintained an org level directly in an object field then it no longer is able to be populated from the org level and any changes to that particular field will be skipped (unless it's a derived role and changes to a parent are pushed down).

Running this reports sets all of those fields that were locked to org data changes back to their original state.

I have not run it myself, mainly because I do all maintenence of org values from the org data popup though I can see why it is useful to have such a report available.
