Output type is processing before release PO

Hi Sap Gurus,

We have created output type & attached a program/smartform with Special function (8) for PO.

So when we create PO then output type should trigger (yellow) & it should not processed (Green) ideally. But in my case before releasing PO, if i cancel PO then output type is processing. so my program attached with output type is triggered which is not required in this case.

Hence please suggest me to control output type processing before PO release in NACE output type configuration.

We can control through program but am checking is there any option to control with out touching program.
