Production order schedule dates

Hi all

I have an assembly for which I have given 3 days as the In-house production time in the Material Master View.

I have also given the operation times in the Routing of the same material. It takes upto 3 days for the total operations but the base quantity can be anything which again cannot be fixed in the routing.

When i am converting a planned order into a production order, the start date/ finish date is calculated from the times given in the routing and not the no. of days in the in-house production time. As my production is not dependent on the lot size, i want it to take from the material master.

this can be achieved if i take out the times in the routing. but the times are necessary so as to capture the activity costs of that material.

How do i achieve this? Is this possible at all?

Regards

Chandra

You need to make the std value as fixed value - this will solve your problem

You need to change the scheduling formula in WC (this setting is done in configuration OP55)

The processing formula given in WC is (in std SAP) is SAP002...copy it and make

it as ZAP002 in OP55 and change the formula from SAP_09 / SAP_11 * SAP_02 /

SAP_08

to SAP_09

assign this formula in WC and enter the value as 3 hrs in Routing...now systemk

will schedule for any lot size the time as 3 hrs only.....

Hi Rajesh

This doesnot work. it gives me the same day with a difference of 1 min even though i mentioned the machine time as 48 hrs for any order quantity.

Hi Rajesh

It works by replacing the whole formula with SAP_02 not SAP_

09

Thank you for the suggestion

Hi,

I agree with that the System will not allow deleting the Scheduling flag in control key. Sorry for my over looking.

You can try in Scheduling Parameters for the Order Type ( TC: OPU3) the Scheduling Flag is to be removed. Then the system will concider only the IHP time declared in the Work Scheduling view, and will not concider the Lead times.

If the flag is in disabled field, take technical help.

Thanks & Regards

Hi,

Unflag the check box - "Scheduling" in your control key that is used in the routing operation.

You can define your own control key by copying from the standard one in the TC: OP67.

Thanks & Regards

Hi Krishna

Routing Control key will not accept unflagging of the Scheduling Check Box.
